Special points:

1)    The box is small and you can decorate it however you want.
2)    The lid is just casually shown at first and there is nothing on it.
3)    The lottery ticket or the paper prediction is placed inside the box before the effect.
4)    The box (not the lid now) is handed out at the end for the spectator to take the bill inside.
5)    The magician can easily remove the gimmick from the lid and then casually expose the lid again.
