Shipping Rates and Terms and Conditions 

As the cart may have all sort of combinations, the shipment costs and shipment options will be communicated to each customer by email. Our web is not able to do this automatically. We will answer you within 24 hours since your order has been placed.

The prices shown in the web do not include the IVA tax. This tax is a 21% and applies in Spain and to those European customers that do not have a VAT number.

Disclaimers

You should allow extra time for European and Rest of World destinations. 20 Working days for items into Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. Cesaral Magic cannot accept a claim for loss until at least 20 or 25 working days have passed since the item was posted. 

All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer, we are not responsible for these fees.

If a special delivery has been delayed, Cesaral Magic may refund the charges depending on the circumstances. This decision is at the discretion of the Cesaral Magic team.

Cesaral Magic shop cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of packaged once left our warehouse, nor be responsible for replacing the order free of charge.

Warranty

All the products have 1 year of warranty. This warranty does not cover the batteries. If a product is changed in any way or manipulated, the warranty will not apply.

Returns

We are happy to exchange any faulty purchases. However we are not able to exchange non faulty goods that have been opened, as much of the Magic is in its secret. This does not affect your statutory rights.
