Basic Effect
The magician set ups his watch and places it in his pocket.

Several audience members select a random time with hours and minutes, and immediately the magician takes his watch and gives it to the audience. The watch's time matches the random time previously named.

At the end the magician could give the watch as a souvenir to the audience member.
